An extract from ‘Architecture’ magazine no. 130 from August 1966 which gives us an insight into the Olivetti style in Ivrea, presenting the Olivetti Headquarters building, better known as the ‘Palazzo Uffici’. Through accounts by architects, Bernasconi, Fiocchi and Nizzoli, as well as photographs, plans and cross-sections of the building, we trace the history of this iconic landmark, from planning to construction.
